position summary:	Provide a variety of services to clients in residential A&D and treatment program.
Salary / Pay Rate:	$9.26 per hour
Required Skills and Abilities:	• Monitor the health conditions and whereabouts of clients as well as their behaviors and activities, reporting and/or documenting concerns and medical needs as instructed. Respond to emergencies per site procedures. • Conduct and document safety checks and searches of client rooms, client property, and personal possessions per procedure. • Assist client with self-administration of medications per protocols. • Administer and observe client urinalysis (UA); document results. • Provide timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards, including recording notes in daily shift log. • Clerical and service duties including assisting with house cleaning and ordering of supplies/inventory, answering phones in a professional manner, and assisting visitors as needed.
