Conversation for Seniors: "After the Fall -- And we don't mean Rome"

How do we live our lives after we've experienced a fall? Senior advocate Verna Porter, RN, will lead a lively discussion on how we can live as independently as possible after we've fallen. This conversation is free and open to both seniors and family/friends of seniors. Refreshments will be served. The conversation will be held on Friday, February 10 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 11229 NE Prescott St., in the Parkrose neighborhood of NE Portland.
