The Estacada Community Foundation (ECF) exists to enhance the unique culture and quality of life in the greater Estacada area.

Our mission is achieved by effectively and reliably safeguarding your donations and carefully granting to worthwhile projects.
Our Plan
Build the ECF’s endowment fund large enough that it will generate substantial interest income to benefit the entire community. Award grants from the ECF endowment fund according to established guidelines. Provide leadership to organizations that address community needs. How you can help:
