Getting Your Group to Decide!

Come learn and practice tools for effective, inclusive decision making.

Do you want to participate in meetings where decisions are made in a timely fashion, where all voices are included, and where participants can trust that the decision was fair and workable?

Participants will learn to help their groups:
•    Establish a clear decision-making process
•    De-mystify common group dynamics
•    Shift from debate to a productive, inclusive discussion
•    Sort through complex perspectives and information
•    Generate ideas and set priorities
•    Develop proposals that satisfy the group’s real goals
•    Give decisions a reality-check to make them more workable, lasting and satisfying

Friday, March 2, noon-5 pm
