Portland Revels seeks a part-time Office, Program, and Communications Manager to work closely with the Executive Director to manage office and program activities, as well as communications and marketing. Required Skills and Abilities:• Proficiency and experience with nonprofit bookkeeping and QuickBooks software • Facility with phone systems, bulk email software, and MS Office software • High level of organization and ability to juggle multiple projects • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills • Technical expertise with networked PC computers a plus
Qualifications:• Experience with arts program development management • Experience with communication, marketing, and social media management • Professional, friendly and customer service-oriented demeanor, in person and over the phone • Sound discretion, tact, diplomacy and graciousness with different personalities, working and communication styles • Ability to remain calm under pressure, flexibility, sense of humor • Knowledge of and appreciation for the performing arts and humanities
