Living Yoga needs your help! We are competing in The GOOD New Year Challenge; this
contest awards a $1000 grant for the top pick of projects that make our communities
healthier. The funds will be used to support this year's Yogathon promotion. Votes

World Yoga Day Celebration: February 26

Continuing Education: March 4

Yoga for Trauma Healing

Sunday March 4 4-6 pm

with Emilee Coulter-Thompson MSW, RYT

Tuition is free to active Living Yoga volunteers, $25 for all others.

Learn how trauma impacts the body and how yoga can support the healing process.
We will practice movement, breathing and relaxation techniques that promote connection
in the presence of trauma responses.

Emilee is a long time Living Yoga volunteer and has supported sexual and domestic
violence survivors on their healing path for over a decade. She has trained hundreds
of professionals on trauma issues. We are honored to have her presenting this workshop.
