Calling all photographers!
The Photo of the Year contest for 2009 is officially accepting submissions! The contest can be entered by ANYONE living ANYWHERE! Proceeds benefit Portland's own Multnomah county Outdoor School program!
Submission deadline is JANUARY 6, 2010!
