Description
Partners for Change provides consulting services, tools and solutions that allow nonprofits to design, organize and optimize their processes, and better manage and control their organizations. We specialize in visioning, business plan development and execution, and organizational design and development. We have recently developed a nonprofit version of the TouchStone Business System. This new, affordable, web-based application will "systematize" the entire organization so it can achieve consistency, reliability, and greater impact and financial success.
Our services are always tailored to fit an organizations specific needs and circumstances. We believe in a very collaborative approach – because there is no one who better understands or is more committed to the success of an organization than its leaders.
