Mission
Provide pathways to self-sufficiency through active intervention in poverty and homelessness
Description
CCC started in 1979 and has been working to end homelessness by addressing its root causes - addiction, mental health issues and poverty. It helps people achieve dramatic transformations and permanent self-sufficiency every day by Changing Lives with primary care, mental health care and addiction treatment; Building Communities through affordable housing and supportive housing services; and Creating Opportunities by helping formerly homeless people find permanent employment.
