Oregon Ballet Theatre Payroll Specialist and Accounting Assistant

We are searching for an accounting self-starter for a 25-30 hour per week position responsible for accounts receivable and payroll. This is a benefited position. Salary is competitive and DOE.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: • 1-2 years accounting experience for a mid-sized organization • Payroll experience required • AP/AR working knowledge • Familiarity of Financial Edge, Paylocity, and Ticketmaster Archtics preferred • Knowledge of journal entries and accounting reconciliations • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
