PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

This full-time, exempt salaried position is located at our Gresham Recovery Center serving a diverse chemically-dependent adult female client population.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally, perform CPR for 15 minutes continuously, and negotiate staircase, reach, and handle objects. Direct exposure to patients in working environment.

Salary / Pay Rate:The pay range is $3,100 - $3,400 per month, depending on qualifications.
Required Skills and Abilities:Assist with daily program administration. Provide a range of substance-abuse treatment services including diagnosis, evaluation, treatment planning, case management, aftercare and discharge planning. Provide individual, family, and group counseling services. Supervise counseling staff including clinical supervision. Oversee coordination of clinical processes. Provide liaison with adjunct community services. Document treatment on the electronic medical record data base.
Qualifications:TO QUALIFY, WE REQUIRE: 1. A Master’s Degree in a human services discipline. 2. 3+ years of related work experience, preferably serving a similar client population. Direct alcohol and drug counseling experience is required. 3. Certification such as CADC-II within 1 year of hire, or licensure such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. 4. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 5. Individuals currently serving a supervised federal, state, or county parole or probation are ineligible for this position.
