Scope of Work:
The Work for Art Administrative Assistant provides Raiser’s Edge data entry, accounting, clerical, and scheduling support to the Work for Art Manager and the activities of Work for Art, a workplace giving program that supports arts education, cultural activities, community outreach, and the creative economy. Work for Art raises money and awareness for tri-county arts organizations by offering regional businesses and their employees the opportunity to make payroll deduction and cash contributions in support of arts and culture. Work for Art is a high-volume, fast-paced, complex, and growing nonprofit program.

Salary / Pay Rate:$15 per hour, with Benefits

Qualifications:•Experience with Raiser’s Edge database systems is strongly preferred. •Exceptional data entry and data manipulations skills, including: rapid speed, accuracy, concentration, and patience. •Exceptional organizational, memory, and analytical skills. •Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). High level of Excel skills is necessary. •Basic accounting skills preferred. •Excellent customer service and teamwork skills. •Experience with proofreading and written communication. •Ability to perform repetitive tasks with alacrity and detailed attention. •Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. •Ability to be consistently punctual and to maintain a professional demeanor. •Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus.
