| Required Skills and Abilities: | •• Minimum two years experience working in non-profit environment. • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree • Ability to assist with short and long-term planning of the FOR • Ability to work independently. • Experience with Windows computer operating systems, Microsoft Office, database management, e-mail marketing • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Willingness to submit to a federal and/or state background check. DESIRED SKILLS: • Knowledge of the program of the Friends of the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge and of the public use of the Refuge WORK ENVIRONMENT The position requires office work. HOURS: Part-time 5-6 hours/wk, limited duration. Position duration is currently planned for six months to one year but may be extended if additional funding is secured for the position.
