Mission
It is the mission of the Children's Trust Fund of Oregon to foster safe, healthy child development and strong family functioning by ending the harm of child abuse and neglect to Oregon’s children. The Foundation fulfills this mission by the funding of effective, primary prevention programs in local communities throughout the state of Oregon.
