Description
The Northwest Community Land Trust Coalition (NWCLTC) supports and enhances the activities of the community land trusts (CLTs) based in the Pacific Northwest so that they can provide permanently affordable access to land for housing and other community needs that serve low- and moderate-income members of their communities. CLTs allow households of modest means to create wealth and to put down roots in the community of which they are a part.
