Position: Resident Services Specialist I

Wage: $12.20 to $13.94/hr

Full time - 40 hours a week

*JOB SUMMARY:* Provide ongoing information, referral, advocacy and problem-solving assistance to low income and/or homeless families and individuals. Provide resident services at Hazelwood apartments and Eastgate Station; create skill-building opportunities and workshops for residents. Ensure successful tenancy and increased independence, assist with financial literacy, career services and job development as well as assist with evaluation of programs and services delivered.
