Public Relations Manager

A national, nonprofit patient advocacy organization located in Portland, Ore. seeks a Public Relations Manager. Responsibilities include developing and distributing all manner of public relations materials including press releases, mat releases, pitch letters and letters to the editor; cultivating relationships with members of the media; developing spokespeople and topic experts; conducting media training for volunteers; and writing for Foundation publications.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience working in the field of public relations and/or marketing, and excellent writing and editing skills.
