Case Manager, Girls Residential

Full time.  Dynamic individual is responsible for the case management and treatment planning of 8-9 adjudicated females living in a structured residential program.  Duties include management of the referral and intake system, writing all assessments and treatment plans and leading girls’ skill building and processing groups. 

Flexible schedule required to accommodate the needs of the program including some evenings and weekends.  Valid Oregon driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Masters degree with major study in social work or a closely allied field and one year of experience in the care and rehabilitation of children/youth/families, or a bachelor’s degree with major study in social work, psychology, sociology, or a closely allied field, and two years experience in the care and rehabilitation of children/youth/families. Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience in providing services to youth in a group setting with emotional and behavioral issues is a plus.  Knowledge of group facilitation is desired.  Salary range $29,390 - $31,800 with benefits.
