Founded in 1997, the Oregon Program Evaluators Network (OPEN) is an organization for residents of Oregon and Washington who are involved with or interested in program evaluation. OPEN allows for the frank exchange of ideas and information that promote and encourage high-quality evaluation practices. The members of OPEN represent government agencies, universities, and private consulting firms.
