Back by Popular Demand: 4-day Job Intensive 

JFCS is pleased to announce that Pam Gross, founder of CareerMakers, has agreed to offer her workshop "Job Searching in Tough Times" from January 25th-28th, and again on February 16th-19th at JFCS, 1130 SW Morrison St., Suite 316.  This intensive has been a smash hit for participants thus far, and if you're having trouble in the job market, we cannot recommend it highly enough. The workshop fee is only $35, which includes all materials, and scholarships are available. Space is limited to 10 in each session. Open to unemployed individuals of all ages. New FREE Job Search Support Group for Young Adults (ages 18-35)

Led by Erin Bradshaw and Sheri Blue, this group, tailored to the special needs of young adults, will meet every other week on Thursdays at 10 a.m. at JFCS, 1130 SW Morrison St., Suite 316, starting this Thursday, January 14th. It will focus on self-esteem and motivation, sharing resources, contacts, and support, dealing with rejection and de-stigmatizing joblessness so participants can maintain their job search momentum.
