Full time, benefited position.  Energetic, focused leader, with an entrepreneurial spirit needed to guide the expansion of adoption and family services for the most experienced adoption agency in the state of Oregon.  The position is responsible for representing the agency in the community and providing leadership in the adoption community.  Responsible for overall program management which includes program planning & evaluation; personnel management & development; budget development & management; setting and achieving program goals and objectives; and providing clinical supervision to the birthmother and family clinicians.

Masters Degree in Social Work or related field with at least 4 years experience.  Demonstrated successful knowledge and experience with permanency, familiarity with private adoption services, current adoption practices and public policy at state and national levels, experience with outreach and promotions and fee for service funding models desired.
