LifeWorks NW - Gang Prevention Case Manager

Provides case management and outreach to non-adjudicated youth at risk of joining gangs through advocacy, counseling, mentoring and coaching. Duties include violence prevention through youth skill building groups, vocational and educational support. BA preferred. Prefer 2 years experience working with at risk youth and families. Knowledge of current gang trends, African American, Latino, and Asian cultures. Basic computer skills required.
