position summary:

Do you enjoy systematic evaluation and research studies? Then Research and Evaluation Associate position is responsible for supporting ethical treatment of human evaluation and research subjects, helping manage project budget and timelines, developing the evaluation plan for individual projects, designing evaluation protocol and instruments and coordinating and/or execute evaluation activities as assigned including literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and dissemination.

Salary / Pay Rate:Pay Range: $32,768 - $40,960 per year
Required Skills and Abilities:The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree—preferably in sciences, behavior, museum studies, education, communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum 4 years experience in evaluation of education programs, exhibits, survey research, or related work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, experience in planning, organizing, and coordinating projects, and working with teams, and demonstrated experience in behavioral research (e.g., literature searches, data collection, data management, data analysis, data interpretation, and data reporting). Must have a license to drive and satisfactory driving record and pass pre-employment and/or pre-duty checks, such as criminal background check, reference checks, and requirements in the MVR Policy including passing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
