Description
Well Arts partners with organizations around Portland Metro area to conduct 10 week writing and visual arts workshops. Each session is lead by a trained facilitator. At the end of the ten week period, each workshop participant receives a bound book of his/her own creations. The partner organization receives an anthology of all participant creations from that workshop. Each participant is then paired with a professional actor, who rehearses with the participant. The actors as a group perform the stories written in the workshops for the Portland community. Each partner organization receives a dvd of the performances. Well Arts is proud of its ten years bringing the art community to support people facing life altering health issues!
