Cascadia is offering an opportunity to assist the organization in reviewing, cleaning, and optimizing its Salesforce database. Cascadia has integrated the Salesforce CRM into many of its business processes and is in the process of performing an Operations Process Review. As part of this process this intern position will provide an outsider’s perspective on the system we have in place. This project will consist of a review of the current way that the organization uses its Salesforce. for instance, a proposal on ways to use the system more efficiently, and possible implementation of the developed proposal. This position is perfect for someone with Intermediate Salesforce knowledge and skills who would like to further develop their skills while helping a local not-for-profit organization.

Qualifications:• Must take initiative and be able to work independently with little supervision. • 1+ year of Salesforce experience required, preferably in a Salesforce administration role. • Demand Tools experience preferred. • Meticulous attention to detail • No computer will be provided for this internship. The successful candidate will be expected to bring his or her own computer. • Located in the Portland Metro area. Work can be done offsite, however the volunteer is expected to be able to come into the Portland office for an in-person interview and kick-off meeting.
