Local Run-Off Candidates Respond to Arts & Culture Questionnaire

The Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) and Northwest Business for Culture & the Arts (NW/BCA) have asked run-off candidates for local elected office, including Portland City Council and the Clackamas and Multnomah County Commissions, about their positions on important arts and culture issues. The candidates’ responses are posted on the RACC website at:

www.racc.org/election2008

Through this important community service, RACC and NW/BCA endeavor to illuminate for the voting public the extent to which candidates would support arts and culture in the tri-county area if elected.
