By providing comprehensive behavioral treatment services for vulnerable residents in our community, CODA, Inc. has been building stronger families, safer neighborhoods and healthier communities in the Portland metropolitan area since 1969. At CODA, we provide a comprehensive level of service for our patients that includes detoxification, residential, outpatient, medication-assisted treatment as well as supportive and transitional housing. Our capacity to serve patients at various levels of need has enabled us to fast become one of the most comprehensive providers in the state with 15 programs across the Portland-metro area.

We are currently looking for a Full Time Case Manager to join our outpatient treatment team at our new Clackamas Recovery Center. In this position, you would fulfill the following essential functions:

-Actively participate in the transition of new patients into treatment and between levels of care.

-Perform assessments for DHS-referred patients and assist them in obtaining community support services.

-Attend off-site child welfare related meetings and court hearings to communicate patient’s progress in treatment.

-Facilitate psycho-educational groups that address barriers to self-sufficiency, such as vocation readiness and housing.

Applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services discipline and at least two years experience working with substance abuse disorder patients are encouraged to apply!

All CODA facilities are drug-free and smoke-free worksites. Employees may not be serving any supervised parole or probation. Individuals in recovery must have a minimum of two years in recovery post-treatment to be considered for employment.
