| position summary: | Community Services Case Aide position available. Full time. Must be able to work Thursday evenings. Candidate must demonstrate good organizational skills, phone skills and all around customer service. This position will provide initial screening advocating on clients’ behalf, perform follow up questionnaires for clients who have exited from various rent assistance programs, and provide front desk coverage. |
| Salary / Pay Rate: | Starting pay range $11.07 to $13.28 per hour. |

| Qualifications: | Minimum qualifications: Associate Degree in a related field with two years of relevant experience or two years of college in a related subject area with two years of relevant experience. Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing. Understanding of poverty and effects on families. Self initiative and ability to work as a team player. Understanding of issues surrounding families in poverty and ability to work with families from diverse ethnic backgrounds and lifestyles. Culturally responsive. Valid Oregon driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to drive agency vehicles and proof of personal automobile insurance. Bi-lingual a plus. Full benefits.
