| Required Skills and Abilities: | General Description / Position Summary Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Development (ADD), the Donor Services Coordinator (DSC) is responsible for implementing a wide range of donor services including responding to donor inquiries, accepting and acknowledging donations, entering data into The Raiser’s Edge and assisting with events. The DSC will provide support to the ADD and other Development Department staff as needed. The DSC is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to donors and prospects. | Qualifications: | Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree plus three to five years in a nonprofit organization, with particular focus on development. Additional education may be substituted for experience, and education qualifications may be waived depending on work history. • Experience with donor/constituent relations. • Experience with Raiser’s Edge a plus, or other donor database management system. • Experience utilizing internet and other research tools. • Complete job description and link to application available at www.oregonfoodbank.org |
