Experienced SalesForce Consultant Needed for Non-Profit

Are you a SalesForce whiz? Interested in supporting the local community? Impact NW is recruiting a Volunteer SalesForce Consultant to support our QA department.
DESCRIPTION:
Assist the Quality Assurance Team to conduct needs assessments, configure applications, integrate third party apps, build and maintain relationships, training and ongoing support, and follow-up on projects/ tasks as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Consultation
- Meet with Impact NW to analyze needs, provide estimates on work and
determine the project scope
- Identify work practices and understands the nature of the businesses to properly define needs and customize solutions using the Force.com platform
- Investigate, document and analyze key Impact NW processes
- Works collaboratively with the project management team to determine required resources and create realistic timelines
- Perform and organize ongoing support for staff such as report building, data
quality, new integrations, etc.
- Contribute to the development of a strategic vision for product development and
enhancement
Business Development
- Identify and contact prospective clients for Collective Force Customer Resources Management (CRM)
- Facilitate installation and customization of Collective Force solution for customers
- Provide on-going customer service support
- Support Impact NW internal CRM needs for managing relationships with
clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Related university degree or college diploma required and/or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience
- Salesforce.com developer certification
- Minimum 3 years of project-based experience providing client consulting services
- High energy, creativity, resourcefulness, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to absorb technical information and convey that information to non-technical customers
- Ability to work with people with diverse backgrounds
