Join us as we introduce visitors to our natural wonders through hiking.
Recruiting hiking naturalist guides for adult groups (www.roadscholar.org, the not-for-profit leader in educational travel since 1975) in NW Oregon, Crater Lake, Bend area and Mt. Rainier for part time-several weeklong (Sunday to Saturday) programs between April and October. Need boundless energy for long days, easily lift 50 pounds, comfortably hike 10+ miles/day, experienced teaching adult groups in formal and informal natural history presentations. Knowledgeable of local trails, plants, animals and birds. Experienced driving15 passenger vans on curvy roads and a clean driving record. First aid certified. Excellent people skills.
