position summary: | Job Summary:
Position provides administrative support to office staff which may include:
General office management; ordering supplies, limited phone answering, maintaining office equipment,
including computer hardware and software
Grant budget and report administration; grant budgeting and expenditure tracking and management, reporting,
invoicing and payment; assistance with grants research and applications.
Preparing, maintaining and coordinating meeting agendas of board, including taking and transcribing minutes.
Bookkeeping duties; AP/AR, bank reconciliation, budget development and management, expenditure tracking,
etc.
Responsible for making weekly trips to the bank for computer server backups and financial deposits
Scheduling meetings for district manager
Reviewing and processing paperwork including requisitions, grants, applications, travel authorizations,
employment contracts and other related items.
Compiling, editing and distributing memos, email and other correspondence, reports, meeting agendas and
minutes, and database entry.
