SNAP OUTREACH COORDINATOR

Coordinate Outside In’s SNAP Outreach Project. Outreach and educate homeless youth and other marginalized populations about SNAP resources and assist them in enrolling in the SNAP food program as they work toward self-sufficiency. Provide direct service to homeless youth as well as coordinate with their supports, other benefits eligibility efforts, and DHS. At least 2 years experience with project coordination, data tracking, and reporting activities and at least one year experience providing direct service to homeless youth or other marginalized populations required. Spanish fluency desired. Bachelors in related field desired. Multicultural and intersecting diversities highly valued. 40 hours/week. $13.50-$14.00/hour DOQ with full benefits.
