Primary Care Practitioner - 02/07/2012 - Open Until Filled

Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Naturopathic Doctor to provide
primary care in a patient-centered primary care home team-based setting
for diverse population of homeless and low income children and adults.
30 hrs/wk through Outside In's Medical Clinic and Medical Outreach
Program. Experience with homeless & high risk population highly
desirable. Diversity valued. Must be licensed to practice medicine in
Oregon.
