position summary:

Join a dynamic, high quality, fast paced nonprofit organization committed to impacting the lives of children since 1885.

Serve as a lead customer service professional to represent Boys & Girls Aid programs and call center inquiries. Agency programs include: Infant Adoption and Foster Care Adoption; and Foster Family recruitment. Respond graciously and promptly to telephone inquiries and emails. Make referrals to appropriate programs at the agency or outside of the agency. Serve as a member of the Recruitment Team and contribute to team success by providing suggestions for improved marketing, customer service, and recruitment.
30 hours with benefits.

Qualifications:Minimum two (2) years relevant experience with providing incoming customer service support at call centers or non-profit information and referral programs. Person in this position must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to meet position objectives.
