Recruitment Manager (Part-time, Exempt)

United Way is seeking a Recruitment Manager to advance United Way's mission of breaking the cycle of childhood poverty in our region through recruitment efforts that focus on hiring talented, innovative, and passionate individuals that represent the rich diversity of the communities United Way serves. Embrace United Way's commitment to the principles of diversity, inclusion, and equity in all recruitment activities. Part-time (average of 20 hours per week). Must be able to work a flexible schedule that fluctuates with the recruitment needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to step into the position when recruitment needs are heavy, working as many as 20 hours per week, and step back when recruitment needs are low, working on an as-needed basis only.

5 years' experience with employee recruitment and employment equity programs; Bachelor's Degree; PHR certification; or a comparable combination of experience and education. Knowledge of protected classes and employment laws and regulations. Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity. Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems. Hiring range of $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. Due to this position's irregular work schedule, benefits are initially limited to sick time only - subject to re-evaluation based on actual hours worked.
