Visitor Services Representative

Do you enjoy working with the public and have excellent customer service? Then check our OMSI’s newest opening for a part-time Visitor Services Representative! This position provides high quality customer services to OMSI visitors, in a fast-paced environment, including ticket-selling, greeting and providing information, and presenting and ushering in the OMNIMAX Theater and Planetarium.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and/or experience in customer service, knowledge of computers, cash register systems and/or ticketing systems, ability to speak in public and respond to visitor inquiries, accurate cash-handling and record-keeping skills, be a team player with strong communication and cooperation skills, and be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Candidate must have a minimum of 6 months or more customer service experience. Cash handling experience and theater presentation experience is preferred. Candidate must pass pre-employment checks such as the criminal background checks and reference checks.

Pay Range: $8.51 - $10.00 per hour.
