Campaign for Safe Food Brown Bag Lunch Presentations

Oregon Physicians for Social Responsibility is a local organization working on peace, environmental health, global warming, and safe food issues. Our Campaign for Safe Food, specifically, works on addressing the use of bovine growth hormone in dairy products both regionally and nationally. Part of this work involves raising consumer awareness about the policy issues behind, animal health implications, and potential human health effects of this genetically modified product. One of the ways this is done is through brown bag lunch presentations (evening times also available) which are free to any interested party. Below is a short description of the presentation.
