You Can Help Veterans and Their Families

The Returning Veterans Project, a Portland-based nonprofit, offers counseling and other health care services on a free and confidential basis to veterans and active-duty military who served in post 9-11 Iraq and Afghanistan and their family members. We are able to do this because many generous practitioners throughout Oregon and southwest Washington give their time and expertise to help. If you are a licensed counselor, acupuncturist, naturopath, chiropractor, massage therapist or alcohol and drug counselor and would like to help, please visit our website for more information (http://returningveterans.org/providers.php) or call us at 503-933-4996. We have two more volunteer orientations scheduled for this year.
