The Body Trust Network - November 6, 2010 - Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch, Allow

NOVEMBER BODY TRUST NETWORK - Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch, Allow

“Are you breathing just a little and calling it a life?” Mary Oliver

At the November session of the Body Trust Network, we explore how the way we move and breathe tells us everything about the way we live.

Breath is about making space inside, allowing life in to touch the inside edges of our bodies and to move through us. Please join us for this Body Trust Network session where we will observe, listen to and move with the breath as a doorway into a deeper understanding of our relationship to our body. Please dress comfortably to allow freedom of movement and bring a journal if you have one.
