Jon Young and other links broken, my apologies

So many folks have emailed me wanting to go to register the Jon Young lecture but now the link is broken. My apologies and I grateful for the profound response. We recently changed web masters and thus servers. When all seemed fine some technical goobldy gook came up that I kind of understand but not really. You can also mail in a registration form, as far as I know the link to download the form is still working. I am hoping to have the online registration back up in a few days. Again so sorry for (my) our screw up. There may also be room at the door but our venue does have a limit.
