Lend a Hand - Get Involved - We need you!

Whether you are interested in a one time event or long term placement, we’d like to hear from you. Last year SCRAP Volunteers contributed nearly 5000 hours of their time & energy to help us fulfill our mission.

Current Opportunities: (posted 06/02/09)

Retail Store Assistants: Work with Staff to receive, track, sort and stock donated materials; Provide customer service including individual problem solving, project planning and resource acquisition. Various 3 hour shifts available.

Membership Assistant: Help the Executive Director with membership duties, including processing new memberships, increasing memberships, data entry, filing, packet assembly and database management. Applicants must have previous office experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Office pr0grams, be dependable, reliable & trustworthy. Flexible shifts available in a weekly 3 hour shift.

Volunteer Management Assistant: Do you have administrative support experience and a passion for it? Are you dependable, detail oriented and can work independently? We need someone to help the Volunteer program manger with administrative tasks on a weekly basis. Please send your letter of interest & resume directly to Volunteer Program Manager.
