Employment Specialist: Neighborhood House

Full time Employment Specialist to assist unemployed and underemployed clients improve their employment options. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and various internet search engines. Must be culturally responsive, bi-lingual preferred. This is a newly created position so creativity, having initiative, and the ability to work independently is a must. Minimum qualifications: High school or AA with four years related experience or BA with two years of related experience, valid drivers license, reliable transportation and ability to be insured under company insurance plan and able to communicate both orally and in writing. 40 hrs/wk, $11.96 - $14.35 per hr, non-exempt, with benefits.
