Bilingual Volunteers Needed! Explorando el Columbia Slough

Please join us as a volunteer at the eighth annual Explorando El Columbia Slough on Saturday, June 20, 2009!  This bilingual family environmental festival celebrates nature in the city and the environment of the Columbia Slough.  Explorando offers events and activities for all ages in Spanish and English.  We are especially in need of bilingual volunteers that can ride in the canoes and interpret English to Spanish for the canoe guides.  For this job, volunteers can choose to work from 12:30-3:15 or 2:45-5:30.  Refreshments will be provided for all volunteers throughout the day. You’ll also receive an official Explorando T-shirt to wear!
