Coordinator of Accessibility and Disability Services - Marylhurst University

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Assure University compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and other applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Responsible for consulting with on-campus and distance students about appropriate individualized accommodations based upon documentation, and determining program eligibility for services based upon documentation of a disability. Provide resources for faculty to design and amend face-to-face and online teaching practices in order to better serve students with a diversity of abilities.
