Based on the Five Principles of Creative Aging, this course invites you to explore opportunities for developing a renewed sense of meaning and purpose for your life.

Each session is a mix of group discussions, tailored processes, writing exercises and information sharing… along with a strong dose of fun!!

There will be insightful “home-play” assignments each week and the course culminates with the chance to create a meaningful personal plan for designing what you want your future to be.
