Education Manager

The Education Manager, under general direction, manages child development services for the Head Start (HS) and Early Head Start (EHS) programs. Provides guidance and information on current best practices about early childhood care and education. Develops and manages policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations in the area of early childhood care and education. Collaborates with applicable college employees and external liaisons, manages department budget and provides direct supervision of department employees. Works independently and in a team environment to support the vision, mission and goals of the College and the Child Development and Family Support Programs.. This is a grant-funded position contingent upon continued funding.
