Resident Services Program Manager

The Resident Services department goal is to support families’ and individuals’ success in REACH housing and improve their economic stability. The Resident Services Program Manager oversees implementation, management, and evaluation of all Resident Services programs, supervises staff, monitors budgets and develops partnerships and collaborations beneficial to REACH residents.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop, implement, and evaluate programs and services. • Work closely with property management, maintenance and housing development departments at REACH. Support and work closely with volunteer and resource development staff. • Develop partnerships and collaborations to deliver high quality, cost effective programs and services for residents. • Hire, train, and supervise Resident Services staff. Ensure that staff is focused on department and organization goals including housing success and eviction prevention, and asset development. • Develop and monitor Resident Services budgets. • Develop and refine outcome measurements. Oversee use of Family Metrics data collection system. Review and interpret data to ensure effective use of database to evaluate and monitor programs and participants. • Produce reports as required for senior staff, committees, and board.

SKILLS/BACKGROUND NEEDED: • At least 3 years experience with Program Management. Bachelor’s degree in community development, social services, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience. • Supervisory experience. • Experience with low-income and/or special needs populations. • Computer skills a must. Familiarity with data collection systems. • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Good organization skills.

Salary / Pay Rate:$40,000-50,000
