Become in-house expert on Centricity electronic medical records system. Learn and map workflows in all areas of the agency. Work with the upgrade team to plan and implement newer software version, and manage process of adding new features to the application. Serve as backup to the IT Help Desk. Qualifications: Strong computer skills, ability to work with a variety of staff; attention to detail & follow-through; resourceful.
