Position Description: This position is a full-time position with JOIN, but the employee’s time will be divided approximately 60/40 between office and facility management for JOIN, and administrative functions for the Benefit Advocacy Coalition (BAC), an independent non-profit that will be co-located with JOIN. For JOIN, the employee will create and implement systems to efficiently manage JOIN’s back office operations, the care and maintenance of JOIN’s building, surrounding property, and fleet of vehicles, and provide for JOIN’s technology needs, including individual workstation computers and laptops, phone system, cell phone plans and document management. For BAC, the employee will provide administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, and maintaining clients’ paper and electronic files!
